I used the Beauty Chibi digi image which can be purchased here. I coloured the image with Dreamees watercolour pencils and used different papers from my stash to create a background.

I thought the doilies in the background would be perfect to go with a Beauty and the Beast themed digi image. Belle is one of my favourites and her yellow ballgown seems like a great New Year's party outfit!
