I used the Panda Balloon image for this card which can be found here 

I coloured the image with Dreamees watercolour pencils and used Hunkydory Adorable Scorable Blue and Cream card stock and some gingham paper. The foiled paper is actually saved from a birthday card envelope I received a few years ago, it was too pretty to throw away!
