Once Upon a Time MDF fairytale book

 

I made this a couple of years ago for my younger sister's birthday but couldn't give it to her in person until last month due to Covid. It's finally in it's intended home! 

I painted the castle using acrylics, heat embossed the MDF unicorn in glitter embossing powder and then coloured the text and stars with a gold paint pen. The small stars are created with a stamp and heat embossing onto vellum panels and then I also added watercolours to the background too. It was fun to create but knowing when to stop was the main problem :)
